Photo Booth FAQs
What type of events do you provide services for?
We can do almost any type of event as long as there is enough space to set up our equipment. We cater to all types of parties: Weddings, Birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Proms, Graduations, Corporate Events, Community Events, Holiday Events, Social Events and whatever else you can think of. We provide 3 types of packages. More information can be found on the Packages page.
Can I customize a package?
Yes ! We understand that there are events that may have special circumstances.
How many prints to I get?
All of our packages offer unlimited prints for you and your guests. The amount of time of your event determines the amount of prints.
What if I want to add additional time while my event is taking place?
We prefer to have notice, but if this situation should arise we recommend that you or a trusted family member/co-worker/friend be added to your contract as an "Event Day Contact" and be available to sign a form on-site requesting additional time and acknowledge that the additional time will be billed immediately to the contracted client. We will be happy to accommodate you if we are able to. Sometimes we already have other parties booked and are unable to stay past the contracted time. Therefore this request will be determined on-site.
Do you require a down payment?
Yes. We require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment at the time of a signed contract, this amount is based on the package you choose. This can be paid online through Paypal*, by check*, or over the phone.
*An account with Paypal is not required to pay by credit card or debit card online.

Can I cancel my event?
Yes, you can cancel your event. We however require a 14 day written notice of cancellation. We will send a "Cancellation Form" that needs to be signed and returned within 10 business days from the date you receive the form in the mail/email. If the "Cancellation Form" is NOT returned within the required time, all monies (beyond the deposit) that has been retained for the event will be forfeited. If the "Cancellation Form" has been returned within the required time frame, all money paid to Orange Light Studios beyond the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be refunded to the customer within 30 days of receiving the "Cancellation Form.”
What makes you different from other photo booth services?
It's all about the camera lens! We use a Sigma 8mm Fish Eye lens that distorts the images to make them look silly and fun. Our staff will provide tips on how to achieve this, but no worries, it's as simple as getting closer to the camera than normal. Also, the photo background is the event setting which makes a perfect opportunity for a "photo bomb" from your friends, family and guests.
How much space do you need for your photography equipment?
We need approximately 10ft x 10ft. We will also need to be by an electrical outlet for our camera, lighting equipment and photo printer. The background for the pictures is the event setting so we will usually set up against a wall.
